1. How to set up the alarm push notification for the device?
- Find the device on the homepage.
- Click the notification icon at the bottom left of the device.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Click "Enable Now".
Notes
- To enable notification push, you should set notification permissions for the app on your phone and allow notification reception.
- Notification push will only be sent after setting the human detection alarm or motion detection alarm (generally enabled by default). If you manually disable it, you need to re-enable it yourself to use it normally.
- If notification push was working before but has since stopped, try disabling and then re-enabling the notification push.
2. Can't see pictures in the push notification?
You should view the notification message within 2 hours in the "Notification" interface to see the pushed pictures. The pictures will be saved locally on your phone. After 2 hours, the pictures may no longer be available from the server when viewing the notification.
